Topically

It is recommended to combine this oil blend with a carrier oil (FCO fractionated coconut oil, almond oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, macadamia oil, rose hip oil). Jojoba, rose hip and aromas oils are  available from us.

Please note that citrus oils are photosensitive, so keep out of the sun when wearing them, or apply to areas that are covered by clothing.

Do not apply essential oils to any sensitive parts of the body and keep away from eyes and mouth. These oils cannot be used for internal use.

Aromatically

Use in an essential oil diffuser. Add water and a few drops of your favourite oils. Try different combinations for the desired result.
